All Sales Are Final
All products offered by Memoria Museum are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Throughout the production process, we work closely with each client to confirm all details and specifications. Production only proceeds once the client has reviewed and approved the design. As such, all sales are final upon confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at kexibi@outlook.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Custom biography services once production has begun
- Custom portrait sculptures (clay, crystal, metal alloy, bronze, wood, plastic)
- Custom pet sculptures and portraits (resin, wool felt, faux fur, bronze, crystal)
- Custom family animations
- Digital downloads or files that have been delivered
- Gift cards
