Digital Deliverables: All biography packages and digital portrait services are delivered electronically via email or through your private Memoria Museum account page. Delivery typically occurs within the timeframe specified in your selected package (ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months).
Physical Products (Sculptures & Portraits):
- Processing time: 2–8 weeks depending on the product and complexity.
- Shipping is available worldwide.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and item size.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please Note: Custom-made physical items cannot be expedited. We will keep you updated throughout the production process.
